1️⃣ Do I need to register to send a card?
No — you don’t need to create an account. You can design and send your card instantly without signing up. 

2️⃣ How do I start creating a card?
Click “Create a Card” on the homepage, choose your favourite design, add your message or photo, and send instantly.

3️⃣ Can I preview my card before sending it?
Yes — you’ll see a full preview before payment or sending, so you can check everything looks perfect.

4️⃣ Can I edit my card after I’ve created it?
Yes — you can edit your card anytime using your receipt number and email address under the “Edit Card” option.

💌 Sending & Sharing

5️⃣ How do I send my card?
After payment, you’ll receive a link that can be shared instantly via email or WhatsApp. No printing or postage required.

6️⃣ Can I schedule a card to be sent later?
hi24.ch currently supports instant sending. You can save your card link and share it manually later if you prefer.

7️⃣ Can I resend or share my card again?
Yes — your unique link stays active, so you can resend or share it multiple times with friends, family, or colleagues.

8️⃣ How long will my card stay online?
Cards remain available online for at least 12 months. If you’d like it extended, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

9️⃣ How much does it cost to send a card?
Please see our Pricing Page for the latest rates. Prices include design, hosting, and secure delivery.

🔟 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our trusted payment partner Stripe.

11️⃣ Is my payment information secure?
Yes — payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

12️⃣ Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes — you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your payment receipt.

13️⃣ Can I add my own photo or logo?
Absolutely! Most designs allow you to upload an image, logo, or photo to make your card more personal or professional.

14️⃣ Can I create my own custom design?
Yes — choose the “Create Your Own Card” category to design a card for any occasion.

15️⃣ Can I add emojis or special characters to my message?
Yes — emojis and most special characters are supported in the message field.

16️⃣ Can I send cards from my phone or tablet?
Yes — hi24.ch works perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. You can create and send cards from anywhere.
