I am frequently disappointed by the service from my suppliers and I waste no time in complaining.

It's probably fair to say that I have a reputation as a tough customer and as a result many of my suppliers dread my phone calls.

On the other hand, I am also quick to praise good service, and I am happy to do that publicly.

With that in mind, I would like to mention David Brandon from Princess Cupcakes as an example of someone who consistently gets it right and goes out of his way to understand what I need and to deliver on time.

If anyone asks me for a recommendation it's always David who I single out as an honest, hard-working guy to do business with.

David, it has been a pleasure - thanks for your hard work and here's to another great year working together!
